We need transperancy and sacrifice for social development.

I do support the Opinion of  Sri Rebati Mohan Sinha  regarding his  article "Today the utmost challenges in front of us is of unity, discipline and obedience, may be at home, at schools, offices and even running an organization, like Mahasabha or Development Council".

It is true, in our Bishnupriya Manipuri society, we are always busy protecting our self interest and we don’t bother about other’s problems, rather we maintain our superiority by aggression over others existence.  For  maintaining self superiority we indulge in concealing facts resort to methods  of indiscipline in social forums by saying  good by to transparency, an essential element required for social development. Before the greedy leaders none dare to ask about prospective or retrospective changes that are taking place around us. It really sets dangerous precedent I do support.  No one bother about monitoring developmental work being done by the executing agencies in our society or community for fear of reprisal. It is true, nor even dare to inquire about project-allotted fund being spent  properly or not. There is no watch-dogs system in our society. We rather believe in leader worshiping by remaining in social groups as a cog of the wheel.

For the benefit of the  Bishnupriya Manipuri society we should not hesitate to ask the person/authority concerned about every information for checking pilferage, misappropriation for the benefit of all.

I hope all will agree with me about the need of social discipline, transparency in all social activities for the common good of all. After all organizations are formed for the betterment of the communities not for selfish end.
